Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: The customer who places an order through eng1nshopp.shop, located in the United States or Canada.

1. Subject This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Eng1nShopp website, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

2. Product & Order Details The product type, quantity, price (in USD), payment method, and delivery details are as confirmed in the Buyer's order confirmation, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

3. General Terms

  • 3.1 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read the Pre-Information Form and accepts a payment obligation.
  • 3.2 Products are shipped via our international fulfillment and logistics partners to the address provided by the Buyer.
  • 3.3 Shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise, and are shown at checkout.
  • 3.4 Any customs duties or import taxes are either collected at checkout or may be charged separately by the destination country's customs authority; this is the Buyer's responsibility.

4. Right to Cancel & Returns

  • 4.1 Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been forwarded to fulfillment.
  • 4.2 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items received within 30 days of delivery, the Buyer may request a full refund or replacement — see our Refund Policy for full details.
  • 4.3 For change-of-mind returns, whether the item needs to be shipped back will be determined on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or customs/logistics disruptions.

6. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. Governing law and jurisdiction are as set out in our Terms of Service.

7. Effect By confirming your order electronically, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
